To their credit, they do reiterate the point that we made in the paper last week and on Radio JFP the week before: that the types of industries that would be affected by a minimum-wage increase in Mississippi are not the types of industries that are going to pack up and leave. This, of course, flies directly in the fact of what Barbour and some business groups are saying.
